Amazing combination of cleanliness, friendly people, and affordability.
Things that the owners cannot really change. The rooms are not large, and the kitchen is pretty small.

the balconies are very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. the city centre is close (about a 10 minute walk) with restaurants and markets that are all decently priced. guzelcamli beach (which is a 25 minute walk away from the property) is very nice.
it is a little far from the beach, about a 20-30 minute walk. the kitchen is very small and could be better equipped (no electric kettle). washing machine was very expensive.
