This charming contemporary holiday home rests in Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay, in Cornwall and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
Sunset View is a lovely holiday home nestled in the small village of Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size double, one super-king-size (zip/link) and one single with a pull-out, together sleeping up to six guests and serviced by a family bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen and an open-plan living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a garden with furniture, hot tub, barbecue and a Scandinavian woodburning stove, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Sunset View is an excellent modernised cottage for a seaside break with your loved ones.
Amenities: Gas central heating with log burner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Gardens with furniture, Scandinavian log burning hot tub (starter pack provided for initial usage, further wood is available to purchase at a local garage , 5 minutes drive away) and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, pub 2 min walk. PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no stag, hen, similar parties or groups under 25 years. Note: Hot Tub sits 2-4 people at one time. Note: The hot tub can reach temperature in an hour.
