About this villa rental
Unique, large, comfortable, fully equipped, in an elevated spot with a magnificent view of Azala's bay and the around islands. Ideal for sea baths, water sports, relaxation tranquility and privacy. The sunrise in the sea in front of the house, the sense of fresh air of the Aegean Sea, the contact with nature and the exploration of the surrounding area, it's a unique experience.The house can accommodate a large family, or 2 friendly families, or friends, up to 8 people + a baby. The house has 3 bedrooms, the first one with a king size bed, the second one with a double bed and the third one with two single beds and a baby bed. There are two more single beds and a baby chair, two baths, free wifi, dinning desks for ten people, two air condition systems and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms and bedrooms have televisions, windows and they are very sunny with beautiful view. There is a large open veranda, a covered a veranda, a garage and many other facilities. There is also a vineyard and fruit trees in the garden. Depending on the season you can choose and cut your own fruits and grapes. It's 750 meters from the sandy beach of Agios Dimitrios or the Azala's beach. Only one kilometer away from Moutsouna, with plenty of traditional fish taverns, cafes and a mini market. On the way from Azalas to Panermos you will meet many beaches, that you can swim lonely. The main road and farmer's roads, are in a very good condition. In distance of nine kilometers is Apiranthos, the most traditional village in Naxos, which is stone made. In Apiranthos, you can find 3 museums, many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bank atm e.t.c. Additionally, you can explore the whole island! « Car necessary »

This property is on the rural side of Naxos which is what I wanted. The house has everything one needs and Floros was a helpful and very generous host.

This was our second stay, which is very unusual for us. As before Floros was very generous in providing food and drink to get us going (it could have lasted for half our stay!). The house has a more homely feel than most holiday accommodation because it is a genuine family house rented only for the holiday season.The area is as quiet, unspoilt and beautiful as before. The view from the house is breathtaking, and there are many walks and little sandy beaches and coves to explore along the East coast. The seafood in Moutsouna is delicious.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Sehr einsam über eine Schotterpiste zu erreichen. Herrliche Ruhe! Schöne Strände in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter.
