Maison de Benedicte

The property had a beautiful aesthetic, and the rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and clean. It is also in a great location, just 10 minutes on foot from the center.

When we arrived, the outside temperature was around 8°C, but inside the property, it was even colder because the heating was turned off. When we asked the owner to turn it on, she initially refused, making excuses that she didn't know how to use it, and then claiming that heating is very expensive in France. After much persuasion, she brought us a small electric heater but strictly demanded that we only use it in the bathroom. It was only after we sent a formal text message through the Booking platform that she finally admitted the property was freezing and turned the main heating on—only to switch it off again shortly after. In the end, I had to contact Booking customer support to lodge a complaint, and only then did she finally turn the heating back on. As for the breakfast, it was acceptable, but some items were not fresh at all.

Benedicte est une hôte d exception, bienveillante ,accueillante. La maison est une belle demeure familiale où règne une atmosphère chaleureuse. Nous avons plus qu'apprécier notre séjour et la rencontre avec Bénédicte.

Bénédicte est une hôtesse très charmante et accueillante. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa maison, belle demeure chargée d'histoire ainsi que l'ameublement des différentes pièces.. La chambre est très confortable, avec une décoration soignée comme le reste de la maison.

Un peu frais en cette saison car une vieille maison de cette taille n’est jamais facile à chauffer.
