The Location is very good.Walkable city center near the apartment.
Unfortunately we wasn't able to sleep well as the neighbors upstairs are having a party until 1 am.chairs being moved,their voices,laughter their noise.In the room as we are 3 near the window they don't have "persiani/taparella" so it was cold during the night.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, enough space for a family, pet- and kids-friendly, easy instructions. Overall, the place met expectations.
One of the small bed's mattres was too poor, the faucet in the bathroom sink is leaking and air-conditioned liquid was all around the kitchen space.

The price: it was 127 euros for one night for 5 people
On booking they say the parking is included. But you have to reserve it and it costs 12 euros per day! You’d better go to the Monte Oro parking, instead.
They ask you to take out the trash, and some spots in the house were not that clean. If you consider that the cleaning cost they charge per booking is 60 euros, this is not a good service.
The location is very different from the pictures: they have many houses, and they probably selected the best spots, but they definitely have nothing to do with the house we ended up in (it’s called Rosa). I spent the night in a room that resembled a prison cell.
Last but not least, we could hear every single word of the people living next door.
