Location was exceptional and the view is incredible! Clean, comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Booking, communication with the host, checking-in and -out, overall communication and logistics process was ever so easy (really enjoyed how automated everything was, including the Nuki entrance App - no human interaction whatsoever and I liked that).
Everything was very clean, well stocked and even a fridge in the room. But most importantly - the views of the river and the city (especially at night), ducks and swans floating by just like all kinds of vessels, kayaks, boats, etc. Truly unique! And of course a walking distance from the city center, shops and restaurants. I would encourage you to go ahead and go for it regardless of a higher price for a smaller room - you’d be paying for the experience not even many locals have let alone tourists.
Really, nothing to complain about.
The only drawback for me was the size of the bathroom, not even the main room (although it was pretty small), size of the sink, to be exact.
But then again, it faded in comparison to what I was there for.

Location was great
For the price the amenities were inadequate and everything was an additional cost (i.e. firewood for the included sauna/hot tub, late checkout was $75, etc). The hot water kettle and Nespresso haven't been cleaned in forever as there was sludge on the bottom of both machines where the water goes, there were dishes but no dish soap or sponge, the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was "hot tub" in the description but it was not functional.
