Loved it. Characterful period building close to the centre of Ypres, an easy walk from the station in one direction and the Cloth Hall and restaurants in the other. Charming bedrooms and bathrooms. Delightful hosts who welcomed us to their home and were interested in our reasons for visiting without being intrusive. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Would certainly return next time we are in town.
Nothing. If you have mobility problems you might find the two flights of stairs to the bedrooms a challenge.

Wonderfull welcolme from Steven and Katrian, Steven gave us a fantastic overview of Ypes and where to go , the breakfast was excellent and you could have anything you wanted. The house was so beautiful and the bedroomes very comfortable and cosy.

Wonderful warm welcome from our lovely hosts. Great location, easy for walking everywhere in the town of Ieper. Breakfast was exceptionally good and generous. Very comfortable bed, and our room was large, well appointed and clean.
