Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die ruhige Lage am Rand der Stadt Chemnitz. In der Küche gab es Teebeutel und löslichen Kaffee. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer #2 ist ok. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus.
Bett im Schlafzimmer #1: Die Federkernmatratze ist völlig durchgelegen und nicht brauchbar. Die 2 Einzelbetten im Wohnzimmer sind ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen und deren Auflagen gehören ausgetauscht. Im Badezimmer, Badewanne gibt es keinen Duschvorhang.
