Room was newly constructed, and had a swimming pool immediately outside. I had expected to get one of the older cottages without a pool.
Toilet paper was cheap and flimsy and in short supply. The towels were not changed the whole 6 nights we were there.

The location was perfect, really easy to walk everywhere
They are not really good at cleaning, they didn’t change the bathroom floorboard, when we asked for cleaning, and I te get really humid and then smelly

Clean, air con worked well, bed comfy, drinking water & toilet paper supplied daily, surprisingly fairly quiet given it’s in the middle of the ’kids town’ district and decent choice of breakfast, right on the beach.
Front of house staff could be more friendly (all my other stops in Thailand had friendly smiling hosts)

Male receptionist in the evening during check in was very kind and friendly.
No private rooms available anymore, only bunkbed in dorm left. So it was +30€ for a single bunk bed in a 8-people bed room, without breakfast.
Too expensive for what it’s worth.
Female receptionist in the morning was in a bad mood
Equipments not comfortable. I didn’t even go in the pool, it was almost dark green, like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. All the other guests just sunbathed.
Very unfortunate cause the hotel looks nice from the outside. The name resort is overrated here.
