great location next to the train station. clean. lady in the reception allowed me to checkin a bit before the nominal time. room was clean and comfortable. it exceeded my expectations for an ibis budget. my room was in the upper floor and it was quiet.
the room was small and it did not have storage space. Since i only had light luggage, it was ok for me. but someone travelling with more luggage might find it problematic (you could possibly store the luggage under the bed)

The staff are professionals, they know their jobs. Kind and helpful. I got great help from 2 ladies. One I know is Laura and the other wears glasses not sure of her name. In general, the are all very helpful. I say, Thank you to all of them!
I had breakfast once, but the selection was not appetising for me and again we are not very breakfast people. Again I am a restaurateur, I know what I want for breakfast. I think for 11,50€ a bit more could be offered.

The location is very handy if travelling by train. Its not too far to walk to the centre of Leuven with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are very small. The toilet cubicle in the room is tiny.
