Great location, the hotel was clean and the staff was kind and nice. For the price it was really good.
Breakfast could be better and also time slot for breakfast could be longer.

Very disappointing. We stayed here in 1999 and it doesn’t seem to have improved since then. On arrival night we were simply handed the keys without any welcome or information share. The air con didn’t work so I had to go straight back to reception and when I finally got staff members attention they hadn’t switched it on at the master downstairs. Next morning asked to rent a safe and was told they were broken and awaiting an engineer. Asked repeatedly over the next week and was given a multitude of excuses and shrugs of the shoulders by the staff, even though other people were clearly using them. Eventually after 1 week we were able to rent one but only after sitting in reception for 40 minutes while the lady went off somewhere. Balcony was tiny and half taken up by aircon unit, you could barely squeeze past the table to reach the other chair. In 2nd week aircon unit began leaking water badly. Eventually after 2 days it was fixed by the odd job man, who bye the way was very courteous and apologetic. Wi-Fi was dreadful, constantly dropping out. Beds very uncomfortable. No shower bracket to hang thee shower head on, I thought Greek hotels had finally made progress on this, not here though. We thought it would be nostalgic returning to a hotel we had stayed in 26 years ago, big mistake.
