Le zone comuni sono nuove e piacevoli nell'insieme. Tutto molto pulito. Colazione ricca. La posizione è molto buona.
La camera piccola è veramente piccola ed il bagno di quelli tipo "Tetris" (se apri la finestra non puoi utilizzare il lavandino, se apri la porta sbatti contro la portafinestra, un pericolosissimo mini gradino all'ingresso, etc.).
