Food was good, beach bar great, the kids can play around safely, staff is very helpful

The main building rooms are somewhat old, but they are clean and ok

Cousine was great! Accomodation as described! Staff very friendly and helpful!

Only one thing changed since stay from previous time - 2 years ago all dishes had little icon indicating that dish was gluten free, so I do not neet to bother chef or other kitchen personell with questions

sea entrance very uncomfortable and dangerous for falls and trauma in such hotel should be much safety!!

The grounds outside are beautiful - well maintained and very nice by the pool and around outdoor areas leading up to the beach. The staff was attentive and helpful.

We had red ants on one of the beds in our room. They appeared after the cleaning staff tidied up the room one day. We informed staff and the ants still came back. They came to spray vinegar which of course left a less than ideal smell but all they could do since we had our baby with us and the ants returned again. They offered for us to switch rooms but it was late in the evening and not ideal when we were leaving the next morning. Hygiene wise we expected much more from a “luxury” hotel. Also, it’s a very quiet hotel - no music by the pool. There were lines every time we went for breakfast and it took a while to get seated every time - not something we have experienced before. Also on days it rains or rained the night before but the day is fine some of the facilities aren’t available - no day time food by the pool and no Greek restaurant (our reservation was cancelled).
