The hotel is lovely and on a nice beach. Staff at breakfast are excellent and work really hard to make all guests happy. Staff at the beach are also very good and always ready to help . The reason 8 gave it 4 stars is that we booked a junior suit with sea view and we got a nice room with a sea view but I do not think it's a junior suit .
While I apricoate that pictures on the net are not always the same and not always reflecting the exact room you get but the room I am in at the moment is much smaller and does not have what is described for junior suit such as electronic controlled curtains. Two sitting sofas , ,marble bathrooms . Bed does not have the padded bed head for comfort and the glass windows from the bathroom to the bedroom.
We are well travelled people and we are here for holidays and having a relaxing time. I requested before we arrive a room on a higher floor as we are couple and do not have any prams to carry up and so we can enjoy the view and quietness but ofcourse when we ch3cked in we were given a ground floor room and told bluntly that my request was nit available. While I do not like complaining I mentioned to one of the staff at the reception on our way out to the town that I do not think that the room I am in is the room I paid for. Bit ofcouse was told yes it is its just a different decor. I told him that I was not happy and just wanted to let them know so later in they don't tell me why didn't you tell us. Anyway he then said tomorrow after breakfast we can show you another room if you want to change. So this afternoon they sent one of the employees who showed us another room that looked exactly like the pictures of the junior suit that I thought I booked but it was in the ground floor with no view. So I declined the offer and was told maybe tomorrow. Obviously I am only here for a few days and not going to keep waiting or pack my bags for a day in a different room.
To me this is unprofessional. reckless and customer satisfaction is not a priority. That is why in this hotel I am advising people to make sure they get the room they paid for.
