Schönes Hotel und echt netter Service. Insgesamt hatten wir einen richtig angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top, das Schwimmbad super sauber und entspannend, und das Personal war durchgehend hilfsbereit und total sympathisch.
Beim Frühstück würde ich mir allerdings mehr Abwechslung wünschen – insbesondere frisches Gemüse oder Salat wären eine gute Ergänzung. Die Ausstattung des Hotels könnte moderner und umweltbewusster sein. Spardüsen, LED‑Lampen und ein automatisches Stromsparsystem beim Verlassen des Zimmers wären sinnvolle Verbesserungen. Außerdem wären Informationen zum Handtuchwechsel hilfreich, da wir nicht täglich neue Handtücher benötigen.

"Zimmer mit Seeblick und Doppelbett" im 4. Stock war hervorragend, toller Blick auf den Gardasee, bequemes Bett, toller großer Swimmingpool, optimale Lage 5min zur Innenstadt,
mußten 1Nacht umziehen in 4.Stock "Doppelzimmer Poolblick, 2 Einzelbetten", keinen Blick mehr auf den See, Einzelbett sehr schmal und hart/unbequem, also bei der Buchung beachten
