The location is very convenient and we felt safe. It is a all female run hotel and all the staffs are AMAZING!! The breakfast was much better than I expected for a motel. I especially love all the different kinds of nuts at the cereal section. The free parking was also a plus. The first night when we arrived, the parking slots were full but we manage to park in the garage right next door for 10EUR a day and moved the car to the free parking space the next morning.
The rooms are quite small, but it is a motel so don't expect too luxury. It is close to Reeperbahn which is the red light district. But we never felt unsafe walking around even at night. If you don't like the busy night life there you should avoid. But the windows are very solid, as soon as you close the window you can't hear any street noise.

location is good
the sink was in the room but that is not a big deal, the problem was that the pipes from it were having a bad constant smell.
