I arrived at 11.30 pm and had not booked a room, so night staff were on at reception and the guy was very kind and patient and welcoming.
Nice large room with a great comfy bed and nice hot shower.
I was hungry after a long journey and the receptionist said the vending machine was faulty so he got some crisps for me from the store behind the desk.
The fact that although there were lifts to the rooms there were also a few steps that I had to drag my luggage up to get to the lift and then to get to my room once I had gone up in the lift. Not very good for any disabled visitors. I

Property was a walk from the train station. But on a quiet street by the hospital. Elevator was small, just 2 adults and bags at a time. A fan was provided in the room. Room was large enough for 2 people or a couple.
Short stairs for differing levels made it somewhat difficult to transition from elevator to room and up to the lobby/ reception. No tea boiler or coffee in the room. Church bells can be heard throughout the night.

Easy location for public transport but not great for sleeping as it’s very noisy. Room nice and comfortable.

The woman asking for your room number in the breakfast room is very surly. the rooms are dirty. the rooms are soundproof. except the location is terrible. only the reception is helpful, especially Arslan
