Excellent helpful and friendly staff. fantastic breakfast with fresh produce and great range of food and drink available.

Breakfast was really good with an excellent selection of cooked food, pastries, cereals and fruit. The hotel was well placed, opposite the train station if required, and secure parking was available behind the hotel for a modest extra charge (pre-booked). The hotel was comfortable and had plenty of character. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The hall, stairs and landing could benefit from a refresh.
