The outside of the property and grounds were visually stunning. The spa was great, we used this after the most fabulous breakfast. The bed was super comfy and shower great!
The decor inside wasn’t fitting the history of the property, it’s clearly used for corporate stays. The room had a strong smell of sewage and the dinner was extremely expensive for a pretty poor standard. All in all for the price I would say I wouldn’t return. A shame, the property is absolutely beautiful but the inside let it down.
