the location is excellent!
the doors in the hallway outside the room are so loud i repeatedly woke up when other guests were coming or going. there was nobody at reception for checkin or checkout, so i cannot say anything about friendliness of staff. i suppose their absence worked for me.
and i understand that the bathroom is probably built for the comfort of those who have trouble standing up and sitting down, but the toilet was so high up my feet didn't touch the ground, which was comically uncomfortable.
