The shower didn’t work properly, no cold water so was very hot . Mattress uncomfortable, sunk down on one side .

Quiet location , just about ok for the bike .

My breakfast was great

I had a problem with the door lock, and got help from reception, made me mad when I tried to show the problem, the lock was working properly. I understand now that the door itself needs to be pushed firmly closed, with the handle. I am sorry I went mad, to see something work, after it wasn't working right, made feel so stupid, but I know why, I needed to know that the lock worked all the time. Thank you

Having a 19 month old with us our room was out the way which was quieter. The outside space was great for her to run around. A nice welcome to find a fan in the room!

Breakfast was not nice at all. The sausages had gristle, the eggs were not runny at all. We were not given an option to book a time for our breakfast or recommended to do this by reception. When we arrive for breakfast the 1st morning, it was very overwhelming. Lots of reserved tables with names and no spare tables and with a hungry toddler that made it a little stressful. When we eventually were found a table, they were very close together we had to move people's seats to get by or having to ask if we could get by. We didn't even eat breakfast at the hotel the 2nd morning. We ended up paying extra somewhere else. The room was spacious but not that clean. Hairs were found in bath, marks on bathroom door and handle (no idea what!) Toilet didn't flush properly, tv in an awkward place on the wall, had to pay for a hairdryer (never come across that before and the 1st time i thought I'd leave mine at home) Would have been nice to have a welcome pack in room with WiFi code inside (wasn't told it at first and didn't spot at reception to begin with had to come back downstairs to ask/look) and also with a food menu so we could have looked beforehand.
