The location was excellent and the space was very good for a family
There was a lack of cutlery and crockery, having made contact with the staff this was sorted swiftly.
The property could do with a few more decorations and a bit of TLC to freshen it up, but the property did what is said on the box.
Overall we were happy with our stay there, I had no trouble getting in touch with staff as had been mentioned in other reviews and getting a spot to park was easy.

The location was perfect, right next to the walking bridge with easy access to friar's walk(5 mins away) and the bus station.
Nice walk way all around. Comfortable stay. The hosts took care of the minor requests promptly
Getting up 3 floors without an elevator with the luggage in hand. The property is best suited if you are not packing too much luggage. Not suitable for seniors or people traveling heavy.

The fan extractor hood did not work so cooking was not an easy option
