Wonderful, spacious cottage only 5 min walk from beautiful Bakewell centre. Mel is a fantastic and responsive host. The cottage was warm and cozy with all the mod cons, extremely well equipped kitchen (especially useful since we were there for Christmas and cooking a substantial meal). The wood burner in the living room adds an extra bonus, and really created an inviting atmosphere in the living area. The street is lovely and quiet with no traffic noise and with it being on a hill there's a stunning view over the hills just as you walk down to the town. Would highly recommend.
