Acceptable breakfast, yet service staff was very helpful. Location is a bit far from the coast, yet very quiet and cool. Plenty of parking very close to the hotel. Wifi was ok. If you are looking for a place not at the coast, this is a good alternative.
Bathrooms may need renovation. Electric fittings may also need renovation in rooms. The hotel is in good shape but some areas may also need a bit of renovation.

Surroundings is quiet high above Verbania, next to a forest. I had a beautiful room in the corner of the building with windows and balcony on 2 sides, so I had plenty of light and a view to 2 directions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is very well equipped and practical.
Mattress was too hard for me. Breakfast room was a bit "boring" because you cannot see outside from the room: in my opinion it would be much nicer without the white curtains and see out to the beautiful green nature. Thinking the ecological side, I think individually packed things in the bath room would not be necessary, no one should expect to have them in today's world of trying reduce waste.
The way up to the hotel is curvy and partly narrow, it takes 15 min by car from Verbania.

Good location a few miles away from the town centre. Plenty of onsite parking for motorbikes. Very good evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Room OK, comfy bed and clean.
