About this house rental
This cottage created in an old barn completely renovated is located near tourist sites such as Salers, Tournemire, Puy Mary, La Vallée de Mandailles, the Gorges de la Jordanne… and several castles, It offers you ideal comfort for a stay with family or friends (10 sleeps maximum). Electric heating and wood stove from September to May included.
It consists :
On the ground floor :
- A large living room of 60 m2 with an open fitted kitchen, a dining area, living room (with sofa bed)
- A room with a bed (2 people)
- A bathroom (shower, sink) and a toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms
- 2 equipped with 80 x 200 beds, one with + a baby bed (baby equipment available if necessary)
- 1 with 2 bunk beds
- 1 shower room (shower, sink) and separate WC.
Outside: Ground floor terrace with garden table and armchairs, Barbecue with open view
From € 450 per week (depending on season and number of occupants).
Security deposit: 500 euros
Deposit: 30 ° / °
Household: 100 euros optional
linens: sheets: 11 euros per bed, 2 towels per person: 6 euros optional
Pets: 50 euros per week extra
heating (Sept-May): included per night
for reservations for short events (trails, dauphiné liberé, ...) please contact me for the number of nights

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et de la maison, agréable et vaste, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Nous avons eu la chance d'un temps ensoleillé et doux. Très beaux paysages. 2-3 fauteuils en plus du canapé seraient appréciables pour "faire salon" ensemble. Hôte très accueillant.

Belle location, bien équipée, très bon accueil avec des renseignements sur les choses à voir et faire. Tout est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce.
Endroit très calme où l'on est bercé par le son des clarines des vaches.

Cadre agréable , calme et bucolique simplement troublé par le chant des oiseaux et le son des cloches des vaches qui sont présentes dans les magnifiques prairies fleuries de juin....
