About this villa rental
The four-bedroom upmarket villa sleeps 10 is situated in the highly sought after area of Calpe "Canuta Baja", the villa is located 3 mins walk to a lovely cove with a sandy beach and Puerto Blanco marina. Very close by there is one of Calpe top restaurants. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and comprises 2 single bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. The lounge is very large and has two air-conditioning machines, part of the walls are covered with large wooden beams bring a level of sophistication to the lounge. The two large sofa beds have ample seating for all guest. The large led tv has a selection of Spanish, English, German and French channels. The fully equipped new kitchen, large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, vitro ceramic cooking plate dishwasher and toaster, electric kettle, tasteful coffie maker and very large wooded dining table with ample chairs are also located next to the lounge area. The bedrooms have large wardrobes built in. All the bedrooms have a wooden beam feature each room in a different color wood. There are to families bathrooms with showers and wash basin and toilets. In one of the bathrooms there is a new washing machine.
The villa has a private 8 * 4 pool along with two balinese beds for delux relaxing around the pool area. The garden has an ancient olive tree that brings the Mediterranean feel right in you own the garden. The outside dining room has a large wooden table in the shade with chairs and setting

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Management (Juan and Lee) were excellent and very accommodating, as well as making themselves available to reach during our stay. Lee even gave us a lift up to the local supermarket on our first night! Gracias Lee…
Location slightly out of Calpe but we were aware of that having read the accommodation information. Two supermarkets and a lovely Chinese (Imperial) a 15 minute walk. Calpe itself around a 25 minute walk. Taxi or walk - your choice! Small cove a five minute walk with a lovely restaurant. If a beach lover, go to Calpe itself.
In short, we highly recommend this property for a large family.

A fantastic spacious villa!
We enjoyed 10 days in Calpe, the villa is located within walking distance of everything you need (some steep hills!!) a 20-30 min walk to the old town. I would recommend a car for ease.
The villa is spacious with a great outside pool area. It’s very peaceful & has lovely gardens to relax with lots of day beds. The pool get sun all day
A great welcome pack on arrival & Lee was super helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. Our favourite was Enigma!!
Would recommend & would come back again!!

We celebrated my 50:th birthday here - and this really is a nice house with a nice yard and pool in a nice and quiet area, but it has a few flaws.
* The fans in the bedrooms are all controlled with the same remote, so you cannot control one without also controlling the others (turn on/off lights or adjusting fan speed).
* The double beds had just 1 big duvet - and it was not possible to get any extra
* The lock on the door was half broken (but will be fixed soon according to the owner)
All things concidered we had a great stay here but just wanted to point out the flaws too so you are aware of them.

Overall it was a good stay. Only the dishwasher and the tools in the kitchen were not always sufficient. But we enjoyed our holiday.
