About this apartment rental
The Blue House is located on the top floor of the prestigious Villa Oleander on the Gulf of Poets (between Lerici and San Terenzo). It borders the Golf Club Marigola and the eighteenth-century Villa Marigola that make the area very green and silent. Accessed by a private road with a gate. Including the place for a car and bicycles or scooters in the parking lot of the entire property.
The entrance from the garden is already for exclusive use and can be used as a wardrobe. It is necessary to climb a small internal staircase to access the apartment (the staircase is comfortable, but makes the apartment unsuitable for people with poor movement). The apartment has a large entrance, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom, a large living room with kitchen and panoramic terrace overlooking the golf course and the mountains for a total of 100 square meters.
The master bedroom, its bathroom and a small part of the kitchen have a sloping roof that makes the room very distinctive (ie the partially attic flat).
This includes washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, bed linen.
It is 800 meters from Piazza di Lerici and 500 meters from the center of San Terenzo. There is an excellent bus service and shuttles to the surrounding areas and to La Spezia, then the car is not necessary. Whether that Lerici San Terenzo are countries where many people live, so they are very equipped and provide shops and services open all year (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, bars, first aid, etc ...)

Overall the stay was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of fans, very close to beach and shopping. A few ants, but did not bother us, would see just a few each day, so we kept floors and kitchen very clean. Could use better pillows in master suite...but location very private, relaxing, beautiful and safe.

Our family stayed at the villa for a week. The location is ideal and includes private parking. There is no more walkable location with the amenities of Lerici on one side and San Terenzo on the other side; plenty of cafes and grocery stores in walking distance. The serenity of the breakfast room and the garden were delightful. Initially the WIFI wasn't working but Paola got it fixed right away.

Super Lage, tolle Umgebung!
Leider war der Pool schon geschlossen, obwohl er im Inserat noch geöffnet sein sollte (bis Ende Oktober) und es gab nur Italienisches Fernsehen. Dies ist, wenn man im Herbst mit Kindern verreist, schon ziemlich schade!
Die Wohnung war ganz OK, obwohl die Dachgeschosswohnung keine normalen Fenster hatte. Nur auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man raus schauen, also war es ziemlich dunkel.
Eine Dusche ging auch nicht richtig und das Wasser wurde nicht immer warm.
Schade, aber wir hatten für den Preis den vollen angegebenen Service erwartet.
