Location was great. Apartment was roomy and light.

The location and the size were fantastic. The view from the balcony was superb.
The address given was for a pick up of keys, that wasn’t made clear when we arrived and we had a wait before we were met and taken to appointment.

Safe apartment with secure parking (for a fee). Easy access to sites and neighboring cities. Modern area with many restaurants and shops. Very close to the train station.

Wasn’t the apartment I paid for. Substitute apartment was not well prepared so no idea what Cocoon 77 would have been like.
On the day I was due to arrive they said I couldn’t stay at the agreed apartment, but they could give me another one in the next street.
