The pictures shows how the flat is, it is cozy and has a little bit of everything. It's 35 minutes waking to the old town but there are several bus stops nearby. Also several shops of food and restaurants near there.
Sofas may be more comfortable, only one coffee spoon.

Easy access and good location for city centre. Very quiet building and flat. Had everything we needed for a short stay. It's basic but we expected that and it suited our needs and our budget during the excessively over priced fringe week. Felt safe. Warm. Functional. We thought it was fine and would use again.
A bit of an uplift would really help this property - lick of paint , change grubby shower curtain and curtains on back of glass door. Please look at sockets, seem dangerous plugging stuff in as ill fitting. Second bedroom small with a shelf for storage. Ok for us as but shelf not fixed to wall, just resting on brackets. Fell off at one point - very dangerous if child staying in there. A few hundred pounds spent on the place would lift it from basic, functional, to a nice place
