We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Rhodes and would definitely recommend it to families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday. From the moment we arrived, we loved how conveniently it was set near hotels and resorts, making everything feel close by.
The villa itself is spacious and easily accommodated all of us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with fresh towels laid out and everything spotless throughout. A special mention to Ellie, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs throughout our stay – she really made a difference.
The pool was a real highlight, and the kids spent hours enjoying it. The games room was perfect for the adults in the evenings, and the TV with Netflix and other channels kept the children happy during the hotter parts of the day.
We also loved the location – just a short walk to the beach, plus the Kiotari little road train was a big hit with the kids, taking us into town to explore local restaurants offering great food at affordable prices. Some of the nearby hotels and resorts were also worth a visit, and Lindos is only a short drive away with its beautiful beaches, lively bars, and spectacular restaurants.
The only downside was the villa’s white goods – some didn’t work well or were covered in rust residue, which was disappointing for such a beautiful property. It would also be a nice touch if someone met guests on arrival to show how everything works, as we noticed some nearby villas offered this service.
That said, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, felt completely safe exploring the island, and would love to return. With updated appliances and cutlery, this villa would be an absolute dream.

We loved the layout of the villa and the facilities. The pool was great fun with plenty of outside and inside space.
Would have been handy to have things like lol roll, bin bags etc. otherwise lovely.

The property is spacious, lovely pool area. Added bonus of a pool table & table tennis.
Unfortunately there was an error with the hot tub so we were unable to use it. We also had problems with 2 sinks not draining. The dishwasher left everything cloudy. The crockery and kitchen items could do with a good clean. There is no view. This villa is surrounded by other Villas to the back and sides.

Great location next to a sandy beach in a bay a 5 minute walk away. Very expensive beach bar with sun loungers. Take some umbrellas instead!! We left some in the property for others to use. Fab villa, comfy beds, good air con, nice bathrooms, useful kitchen with everything you could need. Amazing outside area with lovely sized pool and plenty of loungers and grill bbq area. There were plenty of restaurants a few minutes drive away. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
We have a 18mth old daughter and we had to keep our eye on her while climbing the stairs as the bannister rail is only 2 rails with a large gap and potentially you could fall from top floor too bottom. This is only an observation and we were fine but maybe a bottom 3rd rail would help. Would be no bother to most other people and wouldn't stop us booking again for sure.
