About this apartment rental
The Hut is a wonderfully warm, private and peaceful residence. Located in Potterhanworth, it is just a 10-minute drive into the historic city of Lincoln with its many wonderful restaurants, bars and clubs. Lincoln has much to offer for all age groups and interests, with the castle and cathedral being the main attractions. Potterhanworth itself is a quiet village and the road on which the Hut is located leads into a bridle-path, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay.
The Hut itself is a well-equipped studio with under-floor heating, a fully functioning kitchen, en-suite bathroom and comfortable double bed. Wi-Fi is included and network details are provided on check in, the television is a modern smart TV and guests can log onto their own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts if they so wish and BBC iPlayer is included. There is plenty of room for luggage storage and hanging rails if needed. Local tourist information is provided for guests in the Hut, as is a list of our personal recommendations for restaurants and pubs.
The kitchen is small and well equipped should guests wish to prepare their own cooked meals. A kettle and toaster are provided for snacks and a cafetiere & some ground coffee are also available for guest use. A breakfast tin with bread and a selection of pastries is provided, as are breakfast cereals and a pint of semi-skimmed milk.
Guests at the Hut have a separate entrance to the main house and may come and go as they need, with off street parking for one car. Towels and linens are of a high quality and for guests staying for an extended period, will be changed regularly.
