The location in the old city and near the seashore and the bus station is excellent.
The bed is comfy.
The air conditioner/heater worked well.
There is a kettle (but bring your own nescafe/teabags).
Very narrow staircase. This is not an option for people with knee/balance problems or with big suitcases.

Very nice and clean, there was a cattle and little fridge which was very useful!

Location.
You could tell they don’t clean thoroughly, razor rubbish found in bathroom. Door handles dirty and sticky.
Control remote attached with tape and broken.
A “mattress” that only gives you an uncomfortable feeling and back pain.
