Location. The garden is nice and there’s a nice table. it’s good there is a kitchen but a toaster would help. Mehmet is a really nice staff member, helpful and friendly.
The owner and staff show little regard for guests’ belongings or food. They enforce a “label your food” rule, yet this makes little sense—old, spoiled items can still be labelled. I labelled my food clearly, but they still threw it away, claiming it was “inedible.” This included a fresh avocado I had opened that very day and 3-day old cream cheese.
The beds in each room have no curtains for privacy, so I used my towel as a makeshift curtain. Every day, staff removed it and dumped it on the floor without a second thought.
The bathrooms are poorly maintained, with minimal ventilation, and are far below acceptable hygiene standards. Cleanliness issues are not acceptable. The shared fridge has very limited space for the number of guests, making storage impractical. Obviously we know why they’re so liberal with ‘fridge cleaning’.
