The amazing staff, the location and the decor that ranges from amazing to funny.
Some of the wall sockets are a bit touch and go. The shower water pressure was not steady.

Great location for our one night stay. Huge room, very friendly welcome and great local bar/restaurant recommendations
The shower fitting didn’t work, fast friendly help received but didn’t manage anything other than a cold shower during our short stay.

Appeared nice. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice but not on property 24/7.
Air & fan not working. It took hours for someone to come look at it. A large roach in the bathroom. Other people’s hairs all in the bathroom. Zero airflow in bathroom so not able to use bathroom mirror to put on makeup unless you wanted to be completely drenched in sweat within minutes. Not one electrical plug near any mirror in the rooms. Very difficult to style hair. Simple things that could be remedied if management & staff would take the time to address.i have traveled extensively so i am not one who cannot deal with different setups in other countries.
