About this apartment rental
Windsor is located about an hour north of San Franscico. There you can enjoy all the sights without having to pay high city prices to stay there. Located in east Windsor is Foothill Regional Park. This wilderness park is located in the foothills of Sonoma County's Mayacamas Mountains and features nearly 7 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Healdsburg, California is located 10 minutes north of Windsor and has a diverse array of fun things to enjoy as well.
The resort features a nice deck or patio. The outdoor pools and spa are heated and open year-round. A Children's pool and play area are conveniently located. Movie rentals are available as well. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accept RV’s. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round.
Worldmark are the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. There are many different types of units and dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. The buildings all have elevators.
Enjoy all Windsor and the surrounding area has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessity’s is. Linens and towels are also provided. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M.
Rooms are assigned at check-in, and no substitutions from your original reservation are allowed. All bookings are done through the owner and not the resort so they cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early.
Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process.
Occupancy of is strictly enforced at resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed.
It is suggested that you obtain Travel Insurance through a reputable agency. I will not be liable for circumstances that are beyond my control such as natural disasters, weather conditions or illnesses.
Wi-Fi is typically $4.95 a day for 4 devices. I will give you my password to get up to 8 devices for free.
Pool, game room, fitness center and public areas are open. You can enjoy an energic round of Shuffleboard or Ping Pong. Cleaning requirements have affected check in times, so please be courteous and understand that it is taking much longer.

Overall, this was a great spot! We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath which was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The rental was clean and reasonably updated. The only negative to the stay was the check-in process and this was no fault of the host. Wyndham did not have our room ready at 4pm check-in time. They told us it would be less than 30 minutes until it was ready and that I could grab our wristbands (key for the room & pools) while we waited and those would be activated when the room was ready. The wristbands needed to be picked up from one of the Wyndham ambassadors, which ended up being the person that tries to sell you a timeshare. They do attempt to get you to attend a 90 minute presentation about buying into the Wyndham timeshares. The ambassador told me that unfortunately he couldn't talk to me about it if my husband wasn't also present which seemed like an odd comment but at least I didn't have to decline attending the presentation! We had no issues during our stay and would definitely book again through VRBO/Annette!
