We love the setting of this Guest House; there are expansive views from over the estuary from the car park and also from some of the bedrooms and from the covered balcony in the shared lounge. The view constantly changes because of the state of the tide, the movement of boats, the arrival /departure of the Irish Ferry, the changing light and the weather...
Hot water was taking a very long time to run for the shower but the proprietor was made aware of and responded to the issue.

Room was a good size and nicely decorated, private bathroom, tv, kettle etc good value for money, amazing location, plenty of amenities nearby.
