It is a small hotel which lacks the hustle and bustle of big hotels. This immediately put you in a privilleged position befor the stuff. The location was perfect - first line by the sea, and the stuff were extremely helpful in everything. We had just one night and had to leave early next morning, before regular breakfast time, The staff immediately agreed that they will not let us go without breakfast. So when we went down to load our luggage at 7:30 the breakfast table was served and expecting us. It was rich and abundant.
The room had all the extrras announced on internet and all of them were in perfect condition and cleannes.
The only thing that stops me from giving the highest mark is the size of the room. - a bit too small. So was the balcony - it just had space for two small chairs and a mini-table. A bit of a problem was to park our car close to the hotel, but I was still able to find a place a little further.

Location is great. Staff are friendly. HVAC system is wisely choosen for heating during cold nights. Single use toiletries are in full and re-supplied regularly.
Breakfast is ok but needs to be improved. The restaurant is not in service for winter season.
