Very helpfull and smily staff speaking in many languages. Suitable place for parking, even vans. And what is the most important: new, convinient, well equipped bungalows. Everything was ready for us. It was clean, warm (we were there in winter) and well smelling. W have choosen the bungalow for 6 persons, 2 rooms with separate beds and one double. There was a separate toilet at double room and a common bathroom/toilet. The main room was equipped with cozy sofa, table and 4 new chairs. It was enough to sit, lough, drink italian wines and talk about Venezia. Of course there was no place for dancing :) :) :)
In the kitchen - everything what you need to make dishes.
IMHO nothing to improve! Keep the quality, its enough!

Wonderful budget friendly option! So much room and space. The off-season timing wasn’t ideal as the water taxi ran less and left us a little stranded. But the mobile home was clean and spacious and the staff was amazing! Loved that buses dropped off right outside the checkin.

No bath towels, no trash bins, heavily priced fares to/fro Venice, washing and drying have to be paid.
Thunderstorm stones (not sound proof cabin[basically it was a ship container]) broke whole night sleep
