The pluses were: the location (close to the sea), parking space (though first we were sent to the street, found no place and had to call the booking service to cancel it, but the last moment the host said she had the private spot for us), wifi (though mentioned as absent in description), big terrace, kitchen (we didn't use it)
For the comfortable sleep we missed some silence: the elevator could be heard half a night, the sofa beds were almost impossible to sleep on with two people on it, one making squeaking noises when you move.

Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura.
Si entra in una sala spaziosa con due divani letto, bagno e cucina.
Il divano non comodissimo ma per poche notti si può fare.
La posizione è molto buona, a due passi dal centro e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Serapo
La casa ha un bel terrazzo attrezzato con divanetti dove poter stare nel pomeriggio/sera perché in ombra .
Sottolineo che il parcheggio è da prenotare perché non è detto sia libero e soprattutto non è gratuito !

L' appartamento è in una posizione ottimale: a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Serapo e vicina al centro storico, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di mezz'oretta.
Nel locale è presente tutto lo stretto indispensabile: asciugacapelli, stoviglie varie, biancheria, asciugamani, condizionatore e ventilatore.
La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile.
Il divano letto, come riportato da altri recensori, è davvero molto, molto scomodo. Inoltre, dato che l'appartamento si trova in una strada molto trafficata, si è sottoposti ad un rumore intenso fino a tarda notte, e dalle prime ore del mattino. Per questi motivi consiglierei tappi alle orecchie e massimo tre pernottamenti (a meno che non si dorma facilmente in ogni condizione).
La tapparella era difettosa.
Lo scarico del bagno schizzava acqua dal cassettone in alto.
Non sono presenti zanzariere.
È presente un solo tavolo di plastica, posto sul balcone, per cui bisognava spostarlo avanti e indietro.
