Quartos amplos, silenciosos, cama muito confortável. Ducha do banheiro super forte e quente. O quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa para a montanha, com uma varanda incrível. Secador de toalha no banheiro. Café da manhã completo e com muitas variedades. Restaurante com um cardápio excepcional. Bar super aconchegante e com preços justos. Todos os staffs super interessados em ajudar e prover a melhor estadia possível. Só experiência positiva. Ao retornar em Les Arcs ficaria de novo aqui sem pensar duas vezes. Maravilhoso.

Staff were really friendly and helpful
Sometime reception not available at the desk and that they do not cater a lot of main dishes for halal or even vegetarians. I only had one options from the main food on their restaurant which was Fish and Chips so I eat that for 3 days and craved for pizza on my last night so the gentleman at the reception drove me there and was kind enough to wait till my Pizza was ready and drove me back with the Polaris car back to the hotel
