Het contact met de host verliep goed en snel. We werden heel goed ontvangen door Caterina die ons het verblijf liet zien. Alles was brandschoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en we hebben genoten van de enorm rustige omgeving. Het hele appartement is voorzien van rolluiken en horren; het was er dus heel donker en we hebben geen enkel ongedierte gezien.
Ik kan helaas niet zeggen dat het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien was. De wifi deed het in eerste instantie niet, maar dat werd vlot opgelost, eveneens als een rolluik die niet meer werkte. Het koffiezetapparaat en de fluitketel (in plaats van een waterkoker) beviel ons helaas niet zo. Daarnaast kregen we de oven niet aan de praat. De gezellige, knusse en authentieke Italiaanse inrichting kan ik zeker waarderen, maar het complex zou wel een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken.
