I’m a very experienced traveler and have traveled a lot in my life.
We booked two rooms here. One of them was on the top floor with mansard windows. It was so nice to open the window at 6:00 and see a beautiful sunset from the top of the building.
The location is fantastic — close to everything. There is a small shop nearby with drinks and snacks.
Both apartments we booked had everything you could possibly need for cooking, including a variety of tea.
It’s also very clean here.
The owner of the property is super friendly and very kind.
This is not really about the property, but about the city regulations. Since we were traveling by car, it was a bit challenging to find parking near the entrance to the old town, as access is restricted by a barrier. In my opinion, staying in Perast is quite overpriced. Next time, I’d rather stay in Risan (5 min drive) and just visit Perast for a walk, as the price difference is almost three times.

Wonderful apartments in a romantic location. A beautiful building with a charming courtyard and sea views. Located next to the Armonia restaurant. The service is top-notch. The hosts are very friendly. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Air conditioning, kitchen, dishes, linens, toiletries—everything is perfect. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything. I wish I could give more than a 10. They were so helpful and it was perfect in every way and the hosts make it!
That we had to leave. I actually tried to change out itinerary but it dominoes everything else
