We had wonderful time ar Villa Tre Marie. The apartment is clean, spacious, nice view, short walk to beach and close to public transit.

We thought the accommodations were wonderful. This was the first leg of our 8 day trip in Croatia. It was a quick walk to the beach, clean accommodations with a washing machine and kitchen.
I cannot think of anything.

In my opinion the perfect location for a car trip. Close to the sea and a small shop, yet far enough from people in the city. Plenty of spaces to park inside or outside the property.
It was clean and had all we needed (like a coffee machine and basic dishes). Plus the morning croissant was even better than I thought. :)
AC had some minor problems last night but nothing to ruin out stay. Also a bar nearby was grilling almost daily so you get a lot of grill smell, nothing horrible.

Good location.
The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk, the center of Rovinj about 30 minutes walk along the coast and 5 minutes by car. There is a mini market and a pizzeria 50 meters away.
Every morning we received warm croissants as a compliment.
The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable.
The cabin with shower is extremely narrow and an elderly man it is very difficult to enter it.
The terrace is less than two square meters and has space, only for a small table and two small chairs.
The towels are hard as sheet metal and are inconvenient.
Free parking was promised at the time of booking, but was not provided.
We had to park on the street, where there was a possibility for only 4 cars and it was a problem to find a place.
The price is too high for the accommodation conditions.
I advise you to book a larger room or choose another accommodation.
