Close to Monaco about 40 minutes of walking, but keep in mind that you will have to walk up the hill on the way back. Beautiful view from the property. Helpful staff that responds to messages fast.
Only 6 parking spaces available next to property on a very busy road. If those parking spaces are taken, then it is a problem to park.
Very slow WiFi, was barely working. If you need WiFi for work, it will be unreliable.
