Comfortable and bright 75sqm apartment, equipped with air conditioning. It can accommodate up to four people and is composed as follows: an entrance which leads to the sleeping and living areas; the first consisting of a large double bedroom, a smaller bedroom for one or two people, a bathroom with shower; The second consists of an open space with kitchenette and dining area, plus living room with sofa. It is possible to add a bed in the master bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the open space have a balcony.

Located in a quiet area and in a strategic position, between the Lido Centro and Lido Nord stations of the Rome-Lido section (see map), reachable within 5 minutes on foot, for quick and easy connections to the center of Rome and to the main railway stations. The bus to Fiumicino airport stops near the house.
♥ IN THE SURROUNDINGS ♥
Bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and basic necessities near the house, while the large shopping area of Via delle Baleniere is 400m away.
The promenade is only 1200m away and can be easily reached with a 15 minute walk.

The place is very neat. It's very comfortable. She gave me clearinstructions on how to get from the Rome terminal to her place. Avoid using Google maps.

Schöne Wohnung soweit alles vorhanden, leider in einem dieser Wohnblocks mit rund 60 Wohnungen die unwahrscheinlich hellhörig sind. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich als sehr schwierig, da ein solcher nicht zum Umfang der Whg. gehört. Wir waren 9Tage dort und haben ein Handtuchwechsel vermisst (je 1 Handtuch 1Duschtuch) Die Vermieter jederzeit per Wats kontaktierbar für Fragen zu Rom mit der Bahn etc. Alles in Allem soweit ok wenn man mit diesen Wohnungen ohne Ausblick leben kann. Ehepaar Weihnachten über Sylvester
