Good location in the middle of Masouri.
Good breakfast included, making it a good value hotel.
Pleasant staff.
Nice balcony for chilling and escaping the heat of the room.
They feed their cat, which is always good to see in Greece.
The rooms really do need a lot of TLC. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, and a slat fell off as soon as I sat on one of them.
The doors to the balcony don't shut properly, and I found them impossible to lock. The balcony is open to either side, so it's not ideal from a security point of view.
The room was very hot. There is a/c but I don't like using it (environmental reasons) especially as the doors don't properly shut, so I just slept with them open. Which is fine, after midnight when the noise from the street stops.
The rooms on the road side have a 'sea view', but bear in mind that unless you're on the top floor, you can't actually see the sea, because there are tall trees in the way. Trees are nice, of course, but calling it a 'tree view' would be more accurate.
With a little bit of care and maintenance this would be a great place to stay. The staff are lovely and hard-working and my analysis is no reflection on them.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. Check in was very easy and they are always available to help, but the place really needs a big do up and a sanitation
