From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The host provided very clear instructions with helpful photos, which made check-in super easy. A nice touch was the bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge—such a small gesture, but very appreciated after traveling.
The garden was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the place. We also loved the location—just a short walk to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The resident cats were a delightful surprise: so sweet and friendly, they really added to the relaxing atmosphere.
Not the host’s fault at all, but we were a little surprised by the need to throw toilet paper in the bin instead of flushing it—it was a bit of a culture shock at first. That said, it wasn’t a big issue since the garbage was collected regularly, which kept everything clean and manageable.
I also noticed the kettle had been sanitized with vinegar, which shows even more the attention to cleanliness and professionalism. After staying at several places over the past two weeks, this was by far one of the best-run. Highly recommended!
There are a few small things that could be improved. The towels, while clean, had a bit of a musty smell—possibly from not drying fully. The balcony door was hard to slide and could use some lubrication. The moka pot was a nice touch, but a bit small for two people, so we had to make coffee in two rounds. The shower could benefit from a curtain that’s weighted at the bottom to help prevent splashing. And having a few more basic condiments or cooking essentials would be really helpful, especially for guests staying a few days.
As a side note, we found Benitses quite expensive overall—supermarkets in particular felt a bit like tourist traps, which is something to keep in mind when planning your trip.

Great location (super close to the beach, there was a bus to the Korfu Town). Benitses is a small town but you will find everything you need (max. 7 minutes walking distance ). Apartment is very cozy and clean, with a great garden with ducks and cats (: Very friendly and welcoming owner, she even let us check in early, which we really appreciated! My friend and I had a fantastic stay and will carry the best memories of Korfu!

We had this two-bedroom appartment in the last 4 nights of our stay. We initially booked it for 3 nights, but it became available, so Melanie told us we could move earlier with no extra charge. The appartment was very clean, spacious, with a big balcony. I have nothing to object, it was very comfortable. The property has a good vibe, you don't have to worry about anything, just relax and enjoy your vacation. Excellent comunication with Melanie via Whatsapp. We were even offered a late checkout, so we could benefit from our last day until we left to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back in Corfu.
Nothing worth mentioning.

- The location is very good, 2 minutes away from the beach.
- It's clean and the housekeeper comes every day and does a great job.
- Melanie is available for any questions and helpful.
- The AC is great and functioning!
- We had a well equipped kitchen.
- Check in and check out are easy and flexible.
- Towels and sheets are changed once every 3-4 days, which, when you are on a beach vacation and in a hot place is not enough, as everything gets dirtier than usual.
- Soaps and shower gels are not changed - you get a tiny one when you arrive. We were there for a week and received no more.
- There is a pool, mentioned in the description, but we were never told anything about it.
- Be prepared, there are bugs. Melanie did provide a spray to kill them, and if you try to keep everything closed, it's okay. Just keep in mind.
- The TV is very old and barely functioning. Same with the WIFI, it was very bad, slow and the signal as well, it all disappeared fully from time to time. You definitely can't depend on it if you need to work remotely.
