Apartament przestronny, zadbany i bardzo czysty. Wygodne łóżka, dużo miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy. Dobre wyposażenie. W kuchni wystarczająco dużo naczyń i sztućców; oprócz kuchenki z piekarnikiem i pojemnej lodówki również zmywarka, ekspres, czajnik elektryczny, toster, mikrofala. Właściciele zadbali o podstawowe produkty, jak sól, tabletki do zmywarki, mydło w płynie, papier toaletowy. Wielka zaleta: dwie łazienki. Przed wejściem do mieszkania miejsce na obuwie, na narty, i suszarki na buty narciarskie. Wygodne parkowanie przy domu. Dojazd autem do dolnej stacji Stubai: ok. 20 minut. Skibus 3 minuty spaceru od domu. Gospodarze sympatyczni i pomocni, komunikacja w języku niemieckim. Podsumowując: znakomite, komfortowe zakwaterowanie na pobyt narciarski.
