Lovely staff, very comfortable bed. It’s not 5 star but it’s brilliant value for money. It’s clean & has everything you need for a short stay

Friendly and welcoming host, good communication and an excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom.
To improve the hotel some investment would be welcome in relation to the decoration of the bedrooms -for example -the wall paper is peeling off the walls and this makes the room look tired and in need of some updating. Some of the furniture could also do with repair or replacement- such as the seat covers in the dinning room.

Location. Quiet and perfect for getting to Liverpool with train station nearby , helpful host , we really enjoy staying here Breakfast great too

Pleasant stay, host was friendly and welcoming, room that I stayed in was a little dated and tired, but all clean and comfortable.
Some areas in need of a refresh. But this did not take away from the fact that it was clean and comfortable
