New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.
The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat, not the owner.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

We chose this villa mainly for the outdoor space, but were unable to enjoy it much during the cool weather in late September. Villa itself is small, modern and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Found sofa and beds a little uncomfortable personally, but generally clean and well equipped. The owner is helpful and easy to contact. Location is on the edge of a lovely village. House is semi-detached, but felt very private. Ten minute drive to Nyons for supermarkets/restaurants etc.

Une semaine très ressourçante, malgré le fait que le séjour soit passé très vite.
Très belle maison, la vue sur le mont Ventoux et sur les vignes est agréable.
